Archon Shil'Zhar was the spiritual leader and archon of the star city within the outer city of Shal'Dun during the attack of the rune warrior, that was later known as the Shadow Warrior. He could be found in the star city to the north of Shal'Dun located next to the fighters of his city.
Fight for the city[]
If the rune warrior has defeated the army of the city, Archon Shil'Zhar was able to provide help to the rune warrior. He could hand over the the Hand of Kahn, that could open secret passageways leading either to the moon or sun city without having to fight the tower barricade.
