She's a rune warrior. Then she was young, she used to be Elunes' pupil, and lived in Tirganach.

Lena is a rune warrior, who helps Shadow Blade wielder to complete his mission.
She and her compation Grim, to whom she has affections, summoned a new Rune Warrior to ask one for some help.
Grim later betrays her and protagonist. He kills Lena.
SpellForce 2: Demons of the Past
Dead Lena becomes one of the selective companions for the Shaikan elder. She's the only unfamiliar person to the protagonist.
